No. 12, 1965, has the origin of Professor X and first appearance of Juggernaut. No. 17, 1966, X-Men vs. Magneto. No. 18, 1966, with Stranger and Magneto.

    Condition:
  • Late condition info on No. 12 - restoration to the upper and lower edges of the front cover. No. 12 a good readable copy with somewhat glossy covers with very good edges both front and back and very condition to the spine that's all attached. Interior pages off-white to slightly yellowing with a very slight bend, not a crease, to the lower corner of all pages that does include the covers. All pages present with no clippings.
    No. 17 a good readable copy with somewhat glossy covers with only slight roughness to both top edges, lower front corner with a slight loss, back cover with creased and folded lower corner as well as a half inch tear with fold to the outer edge of the back cover just below center. Interior pages off-white to yellowing, pages 12 through 18 with small tears at bottom margin that may have started as pin holes but now larger with some showing tears to the bottom edge. All pages present with no clippings.
    No. 18 a good readable copy with good covers that are dull but all there with good spine that shows some wear especially at the staples, with slightly rough upper edges to both front and back covers, bottom corner of the front cover with 1" angled crease, and bottom corner of the back cover with very small crease. Interior pages off-white to yellowing. All pages present with no clippings.

SHIPPING: Buyers are invited to pick-up purchased items at our auction location during regular business hours. Alternatively, buyers may arrange for shipping using a third party. Selkirk will provide a list of third party shippers. Selkirk does not have in-house shipping and thus asks all buyers to make their own shipping arrangements. Client Services is available to assist with shipping arrangements if the need arises. Purchasers utilizing shipping services will be charged by the company selected for packing, handling, postage and insurance. Selkirk is in no way responsible for the acts or omissions of independent contractors, packers or carriers of purchased merchandise. *Note: Regarding the shipment of firearms: please be aware that many restrictions apply to the international shipment of firearms, antique or otherwise. Ivory cannot be shipped outside of the USA. Your winning bid will not be canceled, rescinded, or retracted due to an international shipping limitation. It is your responsibility to resolve shipping issues PRIOR to bidding in this (or any other) auction. If you plan to pick up your items, please let Selkirk know as soon as possible, so that we can have them accessible.


STORAGE: Due to limited storage space for sold items, Selkirk requires that the arrangements for the pick-up or shipment of purchased items must be completed within 15 days of the auction unless other arrangements have been made. Please remember, once an item has sold, it is no longer covered by insurance and is stored at the owner's risk. A notice of 24 hours must be given before items are picked up. Selkirk reserves the right to charge a fee of $5 per day, per item, if not removed within the requested time frame. Items not removed after 60 days, may at the discretion of Selkirk, be sold without notice to the original purchaser, to cover the cost of the merchandise and/or storage charges. Items are stored at the buyer's risk.
